Zero Tolerance at Schools

Zero Tolerance at Schools
By Elton Camp
It began with a federal law about bringing guns to school
That offenders must be expelled was the ironclad rule
Then, unwisely, local officials the policy vastly expanded
For drugs, aggression, and other things, expulsion demanded
The intention behind these regulations may have been good
School officials couldn’t be trusted to enforce as they should
Because the regulations by modern Dracos had been written,
Students, for childish behavior, with expulsion were smitten

A six-year-old, happy at joining the cub scouts, ruined his life
Because he brought to school camping stuff: spoon, fork, knife
Because of his heinous crime, zero tolerance enforced the rule
He got a suspension and spent forty-five days in reform school
A retarded child for “strong-armed robbery” was arrested
He stole two dollars and in adult jail for six weeks rested
Only when a CBS “60 Minutes” crew came to report the case
Were the ridiculous charges then dismissed with greatest haste
What very desperately needs to be done, it seems to me,
Is a zero tolerance policy for school officials’ stupidity

Why Do We Preach Tolerance and Love

Why Do We Preach Tolerance and Love
Tolerance and love is preached…  But,  at what price?
Too often we forget about Jesus’ sacrifice!
His death was because our sin counted against us.
He died on the cross because he truly loves us!
How dare we “cheapen” his work on the cross!
In today’s “political correctness..”  We have lost!
In the love and acceptance, we call it “inclusion.”
This has led many into a serious “confusion.”
Many want the loving side of God.  I can’t blame them!
But those who seek his holiness…
Can you name them?
God is a God of love.  But he requires holy living too!
This is not a request but a command
me and you!
If it’s tolerance and love you want…  Look no more!
You’ll be able to find it washed up on sin’s shore!
The people of Israel wanted “free love.”
 Look what it got them!
Being slaves and captives, is what
 it taught them!
God is a loving God but is also as a consuming fire!
Living a righteous life is what he really desires!
“Without holiness…  No man shall see him.”
That’s why he sent Jesus, to the world beneath him!
Won’t you allow your sins to be totally forgiven?
Only Jesus can change the way
 you’ve been livin’!
He gives eternal life to those who
 diligently seek him!
The choice is yours to repent and receive him!

Midnight Tolerance

A delusory pleasure bristled the solitary abator
And the dusky night rides down the sky
An ethereal beauty demoed with her au naturel demeanor
The solitary abator bumps with illusions, thus far realisms high.
Elated with red-hot mysticisms the abator closed his eyes
And mildly felt the zephyr over the mum wispy time
She reposed in her bareness beside his devout envies
The abator fluffed up ca-cacing his limbs to ease with spirit and bine.
An awaited soul perked up with flavour of lust and zeal
And the midnight silence prolonged to be livening with insidiousness
She abreast herself over his frvid spirit of unreal
The abator matte-up bosoming her with barmy tenderness.
The ravenous abator intimated himself in the same state of bareness
And the dark moonless night beamed with perfect ecstacy and elan
She ooohed legalizing the demon-ridden enduringness
The abator held himself with an abrupt spasmodic movement of his organ.
The wonky estrus abator coaxed himself with the pleasure of onanism
And the gentle breeze was felt to soothe the pragmatism
Slowly her au naturel beauty faded, idling the eroticism
Bequeathing the abator's midnight oneirism.
